Department: Supported Services
This is a valuable position on the Supported Services team. Responsible for the daily delivery of support services to consumers. Supervises staff and ensures the needs of individuals receiving services are met. Responsible for services and maintaining compliance with agency and State policies and regulations at all times. Provides direct supervision, coaching and training to the supported services specialists working with consumers. Responsible for covering shifts only when no other coverage can be found or in case of emergency.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or Social Work and one year experience preferred or High School Diploma and three years’ experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
