Serves a role in implementing program plans, promoting independence, personal growth, community integration and enhancing the quality of life for the individuals served. This position is responsible for recording and maintaining data.

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individuals to join our team as a Second Shift Direct Support Professionals. As a DSP, you will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them to lead full and independent lives. The position requires a mix of caregiving, daily living assistance, and building positive relationships with the individuals in your care.

This is a valuable position on the Group Home team with primary responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the group home.
