Supervise and support a team of direct support professionals (DSPs) and other staff members.

As a DSP, you will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them to lead full and independent lives. The position requires a mix of caregiving, daily living assistance, and building positive relationships with the individuals in your care.

This is a valuable position on the Group Home team with primary responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the group home.
