This is a valuable position on the Group Home team with primary responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the group home.

Responsible for assessing, monitoring, documenting and ensuring the provision of quality care to people with disabilities and special needs.

Responsible for the daily delivery of support services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Primary role is to assist, supervise and monitor individuals served. Two positions currently available in Dyer and Merrillville.
