This position serves as a valuable member of the Waiver Team. Primary role is developing and implementing programs for individuals to involve them in daily recreational activities as well as community integration and volunteer activities while ensuring compliance with relevant funding sources and regulations. This position provides direct supervision, scheduling and training of the waiver staff.

Serves as the primary liaison to families, day services, and other support agencies.
