This is a valuable position on the Group Home team with primary responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the group home.
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Supported Services Manager to lead and oversee residential facilities for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Supported Services Site Supervisor will ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for residents, manage day-to-day operations, and supervise a team of caregivers.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of direct support professionals (DSPs) and other staff members.
Primary role is to assist, supervise, and monitor individuals served.
