Role Description

I manage the site, ensure the safety and well being of staff and individuals,
assist with budgeting/finances, ensure medical necessities are met, maintain compliance, and
to help my guys live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.

What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?

Judgement or stigma from others while out in public. Feeling as they should mask their traits
in order to fit in with what society considers “normal”.

What’s your past experience?

Before I started at In-Pact, I was a shift lead at a truck stop for a year. Before then, I was a
dental assistant for 10 years. During that time I also worked in corrections and home health.

What do you like about working at In-Pact?

Working for In-Pact is very fulfilling to me. I love being able to be there for people who needs
genuine good people in their lives.

Tell us something about yourself.

I have 3 wonderful children and a beautiful soon to be wife.

Values that drive me includes trust, respect, kindness, honesty, love, and integrity.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

I enjoy learning new skills, playing video games, and going to the club.
