Role Description

I repair and maintain all In-Pact properties.

What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?

I would like to help with the mobility of our individuals so they can have the ability to go places and experience things for themselves.

What’s your past experience?

My past experience was mainly in carpentry and general contracting for 16 years leading up to my employment here. My education is a Bachelor of Science degree from Olivet Nazarene University in the field of business administration and finance.

What do you like about working at In-Pact?

I enjoy working at In-Pact because I get a chance to meet and learn about our individuals and how amazing they are despite the challenges they face. It’s truly an honor to know the people here.

Tell us something about yourself.

I live in Valparaiso and grew up in Schererville. My grandfather was a part of the start of this company and on the board for many years. My aunt was special needs and was an individual of this program for most of her adult life. My whole family and myself are very thankful to In-Pact for the many years of care given to my aunt.

What are the values that drive you?

The values that drive me are, firstly my Christian belief that lays the bedrock for my moral compass and a guide for all decisions large and small I make in my life. I value family and am thankful for a great upbringing. I also value compassion and caring for the individuals at In-Pact, which makes this job so fulfilling.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, playing sports, and riding my motorcycle. I also enjoy hanging out and relaxing with family and friends.
