Role Description
I’m a QIDP Coordinator which oversees all things programmatic in the group homes, such as ISP’s, Quarterlies and data collection of programs.
What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?
I would like to give all of out individuals the ability to communicate effectively and understandably.
What’s your past experience?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and have worked at In-Pact for a total of 22 years.
What do you like about working at In-Pact?
The best part of my job is being with the individuals. I enjoy watching them make progress and learn new skills. I’m happy to be a part of the programming that makes them the best version of themselves.
Tell us something about yourself.
I live in Hammond with my husband and son. We also have a crazy dog named Bella that we love like crazy!
What are the values that drive you?
I was taught to work hard and do my very best. I take honesty and integrity very seriously.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I like to read, shop, do things with my family and watch TV while lounging on the couch.
What’s your favorite quote?
