Role Description
As Supportive Service Coordinator, I supervise two site supervisors as well as direct support staff. I coordinate and manage monthly paperwork for individuals and staff.
What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?
The problem of individuals not being excepted by others. I feel everyone should be treated equally no matter if you have a disability or not.
What’s your past experience?
I have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for over 30 years. I graduated from Theordore Roosevelt High School in Gary, Indiana.
What do you like about working at In-Pact?
I get to help our individuals live better lives by assisting and teaching them daily living skills.

I was born and raised in Gary, Indiana. I currently live in Gary. I have five siblings.
What are the values that drive you?
Being compassionate, hardworking, and very accountable.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
Relaxing, vacationing and shopping.
