I am a site supervisor for Supported Services at In-Pact. In my role, I oversee daily operations, support staff and ensure that individuals with disabilities receive quality care in a safe and supportive environment. I help guide my team, maintain structure, and make sure the needs of the individuals we serve are met with compassion and respect.
One challenge I see is individuals being non-verbal not always being able to express their feelings or needs. I wish they were able to communicate more freely so that they could better explain how they feel. Because of this, I strive to be patient, understanding, and attentive to their behavior and nonverbal cues.
I currently work in Home Healthcare as well as a Homemaker. My experience includes caring for
others, maintaining clean and organized spaces, and providing support to individuals in their daily lives. My background has helped me build strong caregiving, organization, and communication skills.
I love working at In-Pact because I truly care about the individuals I serve. I also appreciate my co-workers and upper management. They create a positive and supportive work environment. It feels
like a team and that makes a big difference.
I currently live in Gary, Indiana. I was born in Selma, Alabama. I take pride in where I come from and carry those values with me in everything I do. I am also a proud parent of three children, whom I love with all my heart and they are a big part of my motivation.
The values that drive me are faith, compassion, patience, and dedication. I believe in treating others with kindness and respect, working hard, and always doing my best. My faith keeps me grounded and I strive to be a positive impact in the lives of others everyday.
When I am not working, I enjoy cleaning and organizing homes as well as spending time taking care of my loved ones. Helping others and creating clean, comfortable spaces brings me joy.
