Role Description

I am a Group Home Manager at In-Pact, where I oversee the daily operations of the home and ensure a safe, supportive, and structured environment for the individuals we serve. My role includes supervising staff, coordinating care plans, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?

One of the biggest challenges people with disabilities face is not always given the same opportunities to be independent and fully included in the community.

What’s your past experience?

I have experience working in direct care and leadership roles within a group home setting, where I supported individuals with a variety of needs. Over time, I’ve grown into a management position, gaining experience in staff supervision, care, coordination, and compliance.

I enjoy working at In-pact because of the positive impact we make in people’s lives every day.

I am passionate about helping others and making a difference in my community. I enjoy building meaningful connections with the individuals I support and my team. Outside of work I value spending time with family and focusing on personal growth.
