Role Description
I manage daily residential operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with disabilities.
What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?
The way they are treated and singled out due to being limited to what they can and can not do. I would like to show the world that people with disabilities can do anything with the proper help and support.
What’s your past experience?
I’m currently enrolled in school for LPN. I have been a DSP/Manager in the group home world for almost 13 years.
What do you like about working at In-Pact?
I love the bond that I have built with my individuals and staff during my time at In-Pact.
Tell us something about yourself.
I grew up in Chicago IL, I’m the youngest of 6 kids, and I have lived in 7 different states.
What are the values that drive you?
Authenticity, integrity, curiosity, compassion, and ambition are the values that drive me to be the best person I can be everyday.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
Spending time and making memories with my kids and loved ones.
