Role Description
As a Site Supervisor for Supportive Services, I oversee the management of workers, ensure a safe work environment, and promote the well-being of clients.
What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?
I am interested in addressing the social stigma and negative attitudes and stereotypes that individuals face in public.
What’s your past experience?
During my two-year tenure as a cook at a nursing home, I graduated from Banner Academy South. Additionally, I hold a certificate of completion in the Digital Divide.
What do you like about working at In-Pact?
I relish working with individuals and providing them with the support and assistance they need to meet their daily requirements.
Tell us something about yourself.
I adore my family. My favorite color is pink, and I also enjoy art and crafts.
What are the values that drive you?
My family, the well-being of others, and the desire to help are my primary concerns.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I absolutely love watching my favorite series and I love making junk socks and hats.
