What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?

I would like to assist the state in developing programs to assist persons with disabilities to have a better quality of life.

What’s your past experience?

I hold a B.S. in economics with an emphasis on social service from Indiana State University. I hold a M.S. in public administration with an emphasis on social service, governmental contracts and human resource development.

I have over 30 years of managerial experience with managing and supervising staff in the healthcare industry. I also have expertise in banking and fundraising research and development.

What do you like about working at In-Pact?

I like working for In-Pact because the company promotes a team concept. Working together as a team brings about the best outcome for staff and individuals. In-Pact allows me to utilize my experience, and to become a leader and a role model for staff and individuals.

Tell us something about yourself.

I am from Indiana, but my family briefly relocated to California for my dad’s career during my childhood. My neighborhood was quiet and friendly.

Before coming to In-Pact, I worked at ARC Northwest Indiana as a program manager.

I’m driven by integrity and honestly.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I enjoy listening to music, creating artwork, lifting weights and spending time with my girlfriend.
