Role Description
I am the Director of Compliance.
What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?
I would love for others to see them for what they can do and not their disabilities.
What’s your past experience?
I have been in this industry for over 26 years. I started off at LCAR, as a job developer, I worked at IPMG as an Intake Specialist and at Help at Home as a Program Coordinator. Then I made my way to In-Pact, starting off as a Group Home Manager for a year and then promoted to Social Services Coordinator. Later, promoted again to my current position as The Director of Compliance.
What do you like about working at In-Pact?
What I like about working at In-Pact is working as a collaborative team. All of us are working toward the alignment with the company’s goals. To make our people’s lives better.
Tell us something about yourself.
In my education journey I obtain a BS in Degree in Technical Management with a Specialty in Human Resources, MBA in Business Administration Concentration on Human Resources and a MS in Organization Leadership.
What are the values that drive you?
My values that drive me are honesty and meaning what I say and doing it.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love traveling and learning different things and other cultures. I can’t forget shopping.
