Role Description
Site Supervisor for one of the Supported Services locations. I am responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all individuals served.
What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?
I would like to see our individuals loved and cared for how they should be.
What’s your past experience?
I have worked various jobs in my past and never knew this field existed. I mostly worked factory jobs or fast food until a few years ago when I started at In-Pact. I graduated from Magnet High in New Orleans. I then attended trade classes for carpentry in New Orleans. When I turned 28 years old, I moved to Hammond, IN.
What do you like about working at In-Pact?
I enjoy working at In-Pact because I get to make a huge difference in my individuals’ lives.
What are the values that drive you?
My children and Mother drive me the most in my life.
