Role Description

Recommend and administer agency personnel policies, counsels management on employee matters. Assist with financial audits and other Financial Department activities.

What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?

Creating more activities for individuals. For example, outings, recreational settings, an outlet for the individuals that’s enjoyable, exciting and educational.

What’s your past experience?

I’ve been working in the corporate world for several years, which has prepared me for this HR position. I worked in the field with In-Pact, Incorporated for 5 years before being promoted to HR (3 years).

Tell us something about yourself.

I grew up in Gary, Indiana. Prior to working with In-Pact I was working with the mentally challenged and disabled. In addition, working at a Glass Plant as a glass auditor.

What are the values that drive you?

Education, and hands on learning experience.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

Hip-Hop Dancing, listening to music and reading.
