Direct the Community Resource Dept. which includes our day program. Educating, teaching, training, supervising all staff within the CR department

What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?

Having to address the right of inclusion and normalcy. Whether it be in the work environment, school atmosphere, or social activities. Being treated as not less than but equal to.

What’s your past experience?

B.A. Psychology. B.A. Research IN Mental Health. CSUDH Graduate School of Psychology(Experimental Psychology).

Over 30 years working in the field as a Service Facilitator for various organizations nationwide.

What do you like about working at In-Pact?

The opportunity to utilize real world experience and education to assist and advocate for those Individuals with Intellectual disabilities.

Tell us something about yourself.

I grew up in a middle class, hard working, racially mixed neighborhood in west Los Angeles. Parents work ethic and perseveration to work through daily road blocks and various life circumstances educated and drove me to continue to become and grow as a person and be the best I could be through lifting others and helping when needed if possible. Professors pushing me to do better in High School, college, and Graduate School.

Equality. Respect. Positive proactive attitude.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
