Residential Group Home Manager at 76th.

What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?

The struggles with day to day life. I want to be able to help those with disabilities life their best life and have a great quality of life.

What’s your past experience?

13 years working in a nursing home in various positions. While working in nursing home I experienced working with all types of individuals and ages. I was director of dementia unit for 4 years

What do you like about working at In-Pact?

In-Pact allows me to work with those with disabilities and make their lives a little better by reaching their goals to better themselves. I like that I get to join them on fun outings into the community too. We strive to be a family and help each other out when in need.

What’s your background?

I’ve always liked to help others out and better themselves. My parents were always a part of some sort of organization that helped others or did fun events for others.

What are the values that drive you?

A good work ethic, helping others better themselves, wanting to be the best version of myself.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

Hiking. Scrapbooking. Playing board games.
