Training Coordinator: NEO, CER: CPR/First Aid, Defensive Driving, Monthly In-services and tracking staff training.

What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?

Immediate reactions to folks with disabilities are usually fear, uncertainty and awkwardness. I’d like to see reactions of happiness, confidence and easy acceptance.

What’s your past experience?

Previously, I held many positions at the company Indiana Mentor from DSP to Program Director to developing the company’s day services program and Adult Foster Care Program. Most of my roles included staff training or training of Mentors for AFC. I have worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities for about 20 years.

What do you like about working at In-Pact?

Looking forward to working with and supporting folks in this community in any way that I can.

Tell us something about yourself.

I was born and raised in Ft. Wayne, IN. I attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN and moved to NWI after college to work for REM Indiana which in 2000 was bought out by the Mentor Network. I have lived in Hebron, IN for 21 years. I’m married and have 2 children ages 15 and 20.

What are the values that drive you?

I try my hardest to be kind, encouraging, hard-working and dependable.
