Role Description

I supervise the staff and programming at the following Group Homes: Berens, 4th Street, Sherwood and Forest.

What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?

Society’s misunderstanding and lack of knowledge of disabled individuals.

What’s your past experience?

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Public Administration. I have over 20 years’ experience in social services ranging from providing inpatient care to homebased services and several supervisory positions.

What do you like about working at In-Pact?

The opportunity to work with a new population and learn new skills and techniques.

Tell us something about yourself.

I grew up in Lowell, IN. Prior to In-Pact, I was Working for a home-based program that provided services to families and individuals who were involved with the Department of Child Services.

What are the values that drive you?

To always treat others the way I would like to be treated.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

Golfing and fishing.
