Role Description
I run an all adult male home with six individuals. I oversee about seven staff, and I make sure the home is run smoothly.
What is something that people with disabilities have to deal with that you want to fix?
Strict limitations. The guys are often overlooked when trying to seek doctors. Some doctors do not like to deal with the disabled. It’s a hassle for them. I wish I could change that. You would think things would be easier, being that they need special help. Sometimes it’s difficult for them.
What do you like about working at In-Pact?
I get to be a part of a movement with awesome people, and clients.
What are the values that drive you?
Being able to help others. Helping others, helps me.
