In-Pact Community Resources
Three Meaningful Day Options

  1. Supported Employment
  2. Community Learning Program
  3. Community Volunteers Program

Supported Employment:  This program assists people in finding and retaining jobs in the community. The unique feature of this is that it provides on-the-job training. An employment specialist ensures the success through training assistance and follow-up consultation with the employee and the employer. The program is available as a resource to work with the individual until they are able to do the job to the employer's satisfaction. Services are funded either by Vocational Rehabilitation, or Medicaid Waiver resources.

Community Learning Program:  This program, located at a beautiful new facility known as the Clubhouse, is situated in a wooded setting for the purpose of enriching the lives of those with disabilities. The Clubhouse provides a place of many interesting recreational and educational opportunities, ranging from physical activities to creative crafts and more. In-Pact, with a low 4:1 staff ratio, is an ideal environment for consumers with significant behavioral and medical needs.

The following is a sampling of Clubhouse activities:

Again, In-Pact's low staff ration of 4:1, allows an optimum community work experience.

The Community Volunteer Program enjoys regular outings in the community, such as going to museums, parks, semi-professional baseball games, fairs and festivals.
