Employment Services is a program that
assists people in finding and retaining jobs in the community. The unique
feature of Employment Services is that it provides on-the-job training.
An employment specialist ensures success through training assistance and
follow-up consultation with the employee and the employer. The program is
available as a resource to work with the individual until they are able to do
the job to the employer's satisfaction. Services are funded either by
Vocational Rehabilitation or Medicaid Waiver rescources.
