Certified as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) under the Federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Home Program, In-Pact, Inc. is involved in the development and management of affordable rental apartments throughout southern Lake County and Porter County, Indiana

The rental costs for these apartments are set by HUD and are structured to assure they are affordable for moderate and low income residents.  All apartment rents include utilities to make them even more affordable for those on limited incomes.

Many of the units are completely accessible and have been rehabilitated to enhance their accessibility.  The current inventory of rental properties includes two and three bedroom single family homes, and one and two bedroom duplex and quadplex units.
